George Clooney's girlfriend posted a snap of her working out with a friend in Italy, where she is currently on holiday.

The former professional wrestler was showing absolutely no signs of a bump - but rather an impressive six pack.

Sources close to the 32-year-old star dismissed the pregnancy reports as '100 per cent false' earlier this week, TMZ reported.

Stacy posted the snap on Twitter as she announced she had officially joined Instagram.

She also told her followers she was exercising to Barry's Bootcamp DVD - an exercise regime popular with stars including Kim Kardashian - and seemed to be feeling the burn.

'It hurts,' Stacy wrote alongside the hashtag 'notjoking'.

Yesterday evening the blonde beauty stepped out in a siren red maxi skirt with a thigh-high slit as she joined the actor for a boat ride in Laglio before dinner.

Stacy played the part of an all-American tourist in the classiest of ways, pairing her skirt with a black top, denim jacket, a cream fedora and quilted Chanel handbag.

The couple held hands as they made their way down to the dock, George, 51, looking casual in a white short-sleeved button down and pale blue pants.

Ever the gentleman, the actor helped his lady into the speedboat, where they were joined by friends for a ride through Lake Como, where George purchased a vacation home in 2001.
