The self-proclaimed fitness expert - never one to miss a photo op - kicked off early Independence Day celebrations with a bang as she posed in star-spangled bikinis on the beaches of Miami today.

But as unearthed photos of the 36-year-old show, the journey to her super fit figure has not been an easy one.

The 36-year-old, who used to weigh over 200 lbs, showed off her fit figure in an outfit more suited to a nightclub than a quick trip to the mall.

The mother-of-two opted for a skin tight purple dresswith a revealing zippered back and teetering white platform sandals.
