Sacha Parkinson showcased her “Animal Bikini” body in Cyprus

It's understandable Sacha Parkinson would be keen to let her hair down during a sun-soaked holiday with a group of female pals.

But it would seem the former Coronation Street star was nursing a hangover of epic proportions as she relaxed poolside yesterday afternoon in Cyprus.

The 20-year-old actress looked like she'd enjoyed a particularly heavy night the previous evening, as she nursed her head in her hands on a sun lounger.

Sexy Summer Girl in “Bikini” sunbathe

Girls look 500% fitter when the sun is out

Like black holes and radios not working in tunnels, the intense fitification (that's a word, right?) of girls in sunshine is one of the universe's great unsolved mysteries.

Somehow, miraculously, when the sun's out, Plain Janes across the land mutate into Kate Upton-alikes, and the high street is suddenly awash with women you can only assume have been in hibernation since last summer.

Sadly, the same can't be true of the millions of men across the country who will today sit at their desks rubbing aftersun into their crimson foreheads.

Jennifer Aniston “Red Bikini” Sunbathe On a Yacht in Capri

Jennifer Aniston may be over forty, and she might be clingy and insecure and self-obsessed and neurotic, and maybe she lied about not having plastic surgery, and her boyfriend might look those old-timey villains who tie women to railroad tracks, but… hmmm, I forgot where I was going with this. Boy, Jennifer Aniston really sucks.

Katherine Jenkins “Black Bikini” sunbathe in Gozo

u know how much we lust the world's sexiest dancer woman, Katherine Jenkins, the ex dancing with the star and singer. In a rare candid appearance, Katherine has put those perfectly honed cheeks on display via a thong bikini bottom, a lounge chair by the pool in Gozo, and the saving grace of a monster telescopic photo lens by our boys in the trees. And, it's all so very worthwhile. Look at that arse. It's everything we hoped it would be, with the skin tight lycra bottoms pulled away. Just a perfectly tuned badonkadonk of epic proportions.

Doutzen Kroes “Pink Bikini” on Miami, Florida

She was recently named the fifth highest model in the world by Forbes magazine, raking in an impressive $6.9 million last year alone.

So it's not surprising that Doutzen Kroes was making the most of some precious time off earlier today, as she soaked up the sun in Miami, Florida.

The 27-year-old Dutch model lounged around poolside with her DJ  husband Sunnery James and their 17-month-old son Phyllon.

Sally Bercow relaxes with “Blue leopard Bikini”, wine & cigarette on Barbados sunlounger

Her freebie trip to Barbados has already provoked strong criticism, but as she reclines on a sun lounger, sipping a cool drink and puffing on a cigarette, Sally Bercow does not appear to be too perturbed.

The Speaker's wife is on the Caribbean island as a guest of honour at the Institute of Travel & Tourism conference at the 5-star Hilton Barbados Hotel.

But once her gruelling schedule was complete - a one-hour speech on Twitter -  she quickly took to the beach with a friend, making the most of the trip for which she was paid £2,000.

Fearne Cotton “Floral Bikini” in Barbados sunlounger

After experiencing what she described as cyber bullying, Fearne Cotton has fled the country for warmer climes.

The radio and TV host may have come under heavy criticism for her lacklustre presenting of the BBC’s Diamond Jubilee coverage, but she clearly has at least one fan.

The 30-year-old's boyfriend couldn't keep his hands off her as they frolicked on the beach in Barbados, earlier today.

Nathalia Ramos beach “Brown Bikini” beauty in Santa Monica

For fans of her Nickelodeon show, it would seem Nathalia Ramos has grown up overnight.

Bronzing: Nathalia lounged back with a book as she topped her tan

Michelle Hunziker perfects “Colorful Bikini” Bottoms on Miami sunbathe

I have no idea how this heiress continue to defy her bottom gravity with bikinis but somehow Michelle Hunziker has managed to both scientifically surprise, and yet sadly disappoint, all in the same visual offering. Whatever secrets Michelle knows about covering her nipples even against the whimsical nature of the wind and seas, I sure hope she keeps it to herself.

Ilary Blasi “Lovely” Pink Bikini Bottoms on Miami Beach

Naturally, the paparazzi were there to capture every moment. And naturally, Sunny Days! will post every moment. So if you feel like reliving the 90s, what better way than Ilary Blasi bottoms and in her bikini!? I really like this woman and her fantastic killer body.

Frankie Essex’s slender “Black Bikini” body in Marbella

She's worked hard on her figure over the last few weeks, even enduring a fitness boot camp to get her into shape for Marbella.

And Frankie Essex is clearly enjoying showing off the fruits of her labour now she's on holiday.

The Only Way Is Essex star has been snapped revealing her ever shrinking frame in a halterneck bikini.

Michelle Hunziker “killer” White Bikini Bottoms on Miami sunlounger

At her ages, Michelle Hunziker is still one of the hottest women on the planet. She’s the quintessential "girl next door." Her friendly and warm features are hard to resist, but she makes a point of keeping her public admirers at arm's length tattoo and avoiding any major sexual displays.

At least they made sure she showed off her ass. What I really want to know is who is her super-sexiest Brunette lady in the white bikini?

Jennifer Metcalfe stunning “Black Bikini” figure in Marbella

The sunny Spanish location is usually overrun with cast members from The Only Way Is Essex.

But Marbella was host to a rather quieter, more romantic scene this morning.

Hollyoaks star Jennifer Metcalfe and her French dancer boyfriend, Sylvain Longchambon were spotted soaking up some rays together on the beach this morning.
