Brooke Burke & David Charvet "Mansion" put on the market 12.5m
For $75,000 you could put down a deposit on the average five-bedroom home.
But that will pay just one month’s rent on the luxury Malibu mansion owned by former Baywatch star David Charvet and his Dancing With The Stars fiancé Brooke Burke.
The pair have put their five-bedroom home on the market for $12.5million, with interested occupants offered the alternative option of renting it for $75,000 a month.
