After a string of bad press, former supermodel and reality star Janice Dickinson threw on a black string bikini for a relaxing Malibu beach day over Memorial Day weekend.
After unflattering photos of her wrinkled legs emerged at last week's American Idol finale, the 57-year-old looked determined to show off the toned and tanned figure that made her 'the world's first supermodel.'
With visibly defined ab muscles, the well-preserved star was seen yesterday playing with her two dogs - a chocolate Labrador and a Bulldog named Lloyd - strolling on the beach, and sunbathing on a sundeck with an older female companion.

And she seemed to be lapping up the attention as she smiled, waving at the cameras.
Janice looked as though she might have gotten a little too much sun - a move many celebrities make when they want to appear more youthful and healthy on red carpet events - but the long-term effects of exposure to the ultraviolet rays ironically cause premature aging.

It emerged last week that Dickinson was served an eviction notice for allegedly failing to pay almost $20,000 in rent, and subsequently refusing to leave the home.
In court papers the supermodel's landlords claim they are owed for three months of payments for a 3,000 square foot house in west Los Angeles.
According to TMZ, the bronzed beauty was meant to be paying $5,900-a-month, adding up to a total claim of $17,700.

Dickinson recently told The Insider: 'Yes, I was late with my rent and I was really upset about being late with my rent...I'm not being evicted, OK? I was having a little banter about some plumbing issues and the heating...It is now fixed. My rent's been fixed.'
Dickinson said she had a nervous attack after her two children Nathan Ray Michael Fields, 25, and Savannah Rodin, 18, became upset after read about her alleged eviction.
'They're very, very upset about this. When my children get upset, there's only so much I can take. So, I had a nervous attack,' said the former catwalk queen, who's appeared on the cover of Vogue a staggering 37 times.
She continued, 'I'll be straight-up, it is a nasty economic time that I'm going through along with the rest of the world...I got overloaded and I got backed-up on my bills. Some jobs got canceled for me but I'm still here and I'm doing the best I can.'
The former America's Next Top Model judge felt 'publicly humiliated' over the matter.
'I wish I wasn't famous,' the 5-foot-10-inch star said. 'I wish I would go along anonymously but that's not going to happen for me. I'm everywhere and [I'm] stuck with it.'
