Ivanovic, who is coached by Nigel Sears, the father of Andy Murray's girlfriend, Kim, and who eventually prevailed 3-6, 6-3, 6-4, has participated in a number of scantily-clad glamour shoots in her time.
Most famously she starred in the Sports Illustrated swimsuit issue of 2010, when some critics suggested she might better spend her time on her tennis than posing in a bikini.

Goerges, from Germany, is a slender, attractive, 5ft 11in package of athleticism but it is her nickname, Gorgeous, that routinely gets her placed in her sport's 'pin-up' category.
The participants' similarities, at least in career achievement, pretty much end there.
Ivanovic, 24, a Serb resident of Switzerland, is a former world No 1 and a Grand Slam winner having triumphed at the 2008 French Open.
She hasn't been past the fourth round in the singles at any of the four Slams since.
At her relatively tender age, she cannot be considered a has-been - but she did not build substantially on that Roland Garros win.
Goerges, though only a year younger, is still seen as something of an up-and-comer.
She has only been past the third round once in 18 Slam singles appearances but reaching the fourth round in Australia in January indicated this could be her best year.
Indeed, she reached a career-high world ranking of 15 in March before slipping back to 24. In front of a good crowd with a slightly disproportionate number of men and photographers, it was Goerges who took the initiative, breaking in the sixth game on her way to taking the first set.
But Ivanovic started to find her shots and was quickly into her stride in the second set.
Goerges found it harder to hold her own serve in the face of booming returns and had to save multiple break-points before dropping her serve to go 2-4 down.
Ivanovic still is not wholly ruthless when the kill is in sight and it took until her fourth set-point in the second set to convert one.
The key break in the decider arrived in the fifth game, Ivanovic going 3-2 and then 4-2 up before wrapping up the match.
